The short version
When you join the Babbu beta, we keep your email address. We use it to send your beta invite and the odd update about the beta. That's all. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
Who we are
Babbu is made by QUE Studio LTD, a company registered in the UK (company number 13008380, registered office 3rd Floor 86 - 90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE). We're the data controller for your sign-up, which means we're responsible for looking after it.
What we collect
Your email address, plus basic technical details Netlify records automatically with each submission (IP address, browser). We also note which of the two forms on the page you used, which doesn't identify you.
Why we use it
To send you an invitation to the iPhone beta and occasional updates about it. We do this because you asked us to by signing up (your consent), and you can change your mind at any time.
Who else handles it
Our website and its sign-up form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions for us. Netlify only processes your email on our behalf and can't use it for anything else. Netlify is based in the US. The transfer is covered by Netlify's data processing agreement, which uses standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until the beta ends or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe at any time, using the link in any email or by writing to us.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site doesn't use analytics, tracking cookies or advertising pixels, and our fonts are served from our own site rather than a third party.
